Nancy Mackenzie, Principal
Nancy Mackenzie is a native of Madison. She did her advanced degree work in clarinet performance at the University of Michigan and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she received a Doctor of Musical Arts degree. Her principal teachers where Glenn Bowen, David Shifrin and Stanley Hasty. She has performed as principal clarinet with the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra since 1980, and regularly performs with the Oakwood Chamber Players, Madison Symphony Orchestra and Capital City Band.
